Area of responsibilities:

* Plans, manages & coordinates field activities
* Acts as single point of contact for field activities with assigned Customer(S)

* Consults & establishes working relationship with local & other site groups
* Participates as a fully contributing member of a project of Aftermarket team, often leads projects or the solving of problems

Specific Requirements:

* 5+years of oil & gas experience with a comprehensive, specialized knowledge of Sub sea system
* Experience in offshore operations & onshore refurbishment and no dedications
* Strong understanding of opportunities and limitations of all phase of field developments & projects
* Strong analytical skill
* Strong interpersonal skill
* Proficiency in English, both Oral and written

Responsibilities:

* Installation and maintenance of simulators located in the Indonesian region
* Ensuring high product availability and helping customers better utilize their simulators that results in high customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships internally and externally
* Acknowledging and believing in the need for 24 hour customer service

Qualifications:

* Having technical understanding of simulation application within the mining environment (operation and operator) will be an advantage
