Brewhouse Technician

Responsibilities:

* Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the brewing & cellar section
* Ensure the excellent process control are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations
* Contribute to continuous improvement of the product quality
* Conduct Autonomous Maintenance of TPM through 5S, CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Tightening, Lubrication), RCFA(Root Cause Failure Analysis)


Requirements:

* Minimum D-3 in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Biology or other relevant background.
* Have a minimum one year solid experience, in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
