To report and analyze the company's financial reports are reported accurately and timely, develop and maintain financial policies, procedures and systems in accordance with Indonesian Accounting Standard (PSAK) and Novartis Accounting Manual (NAM), ensure proper controls are in place and that the Company's objectives are met. Major Accountabilities Financial Reporting (FRS and Statutory) Coordinate, prepare, report and review of monthly reporting to Group (FRS, NPMR reporting) Ensure that GAAPs between FRS and Statutory reporting is reconciled on annual basis and schedules are properly maintained. Actual/Plan Trend Analysis (A11) Ensure the analysis report is prepared and discussed with FRA, BPA and CFO before final month end closing (H-2 days) to provide basis of risk assessment on reporting figures. Work closely with BPA to challenge figures the reporting number to ensure accuracy. Maintenance Books of Accounts Ensure data recorded in General ledger, fixed asset, inventory are correct and accurate Oversee and ensure Balance Sheet Review process in good order, all high risk accounts properly reconcile monthly before FCRS submission. Validate and ensure accurate journal entries and allocation runs are consistent with SLA agreement with CFO approvals. Process Control Develop and maintain policies align with NAM (Novartis Accounting Manual) and NFCM (Novartis Financial Controls Manual) Ensure that all financial reporting are in compliance with audit (internal and external) Always review and maintain segregation of duties within the department Recommend possible solution and improvement to the existing system (i.e. SAP, e-Shop, BW) Ensure sufficient/adequate training and transfer of knowledge to users for SAP Tax compliance Review monthly and annual taxation related reporting, manage tax audit effectively, liase with external tax advisors and ensure adequate tax planning Liaison with external parties Ensure good communication and liaison with external parties. Auditors for timely and accurate statutory reporting. Tax Consultants for tax planning and coordinate for tax audit whenever it occurs.
