The trainees will be assigned in SALES and SUPPLY CHAIN department and will be given the opportunities to learn about other's departments functions, gain hard skills, and develop personally while adding value to the organization
Requirements
* Bachelor degree with min. GPA 3.0 majoring in: Agricultural Engineering, Agro Industrial Engineering, Food Technology; Economic and Management;
* Good communication skills in English;
* Show leadership and team-working abilities;
* Open-minded and eager to gain hands-on experiences;
* Willing to be placed at the Company's plant or home base.
