SENIOR OIL & GAS RECRUITER REQUIRED

JOB CONTEXT

We are a subsidiary of an international Group of companies specialized in Project Management, Engineering and Consultancy Services for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Energy and Process Industries. The Group is engaged in a number of business ventures throughout Asia and Middle East. The regional office located in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) coordinates the activities and provides management, technical, operational and commercial support to the various business units.

 

GENERAL


•           Area: Indonesia

•           Work location: Jakarta Selatan

•           Work status: Resident, 5 days per week

•           Working hours : 08.30 – 17.30

 

JOB PURPOSE


 

•           To recruit, mobilize and follow up  on site employee

•           To assure the recruitment and follow up on IPP employee

•           To support project Managers on RH matters

•           To develop Company's Technical Assistance Services (manpower supply) to Clients

 

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP



 •          Report directly to the general manager

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

-           To ensure optimum quality and cost effectiveness of Company's Project staffing function

-           To ensure timely identification of available and interested candidates with suitable qualification / experience for all requests for Project staff (internal and external)

-           To ensure timely and cost effective mobilization of all Project staff (internal and external)

-           To ensure that all Project staff are contracted at cost effective conditions, in line with market conditions

-           To ensure welfare, job satisfaction and motivation of all Project staff

-           To ensure retention and timely reassignment of top performers

-           To develop Company's Technical Assistance Services (manpower supply) to Clients

-           To ensure best-in-class recruitment services

-           To ensure that the company is following labor regulation

-           To coordinate on work permit and visa processing

 

MAJOR TASKS

-           To maintain CV database application and propose improvements

-           To increase the number of relevant candidates registered in CV database application

-           To carry out regular interviews / tests of candidates

-           To maintain existing agreements with manpower agencies and identify, select and implement new agreements

-           To organize regular follow up of candidates registered in CV database application

To negotiate employment conditions with selected candidates

-           To organize logistics of mobilization / demobilization and rotation travel of Project staff as required

-           To ensure regular follow up of staff assigned to Projects

-           To develop and implement best practices / procedures for candidates identification, recruitment, mobilization, assignment follow up, assessment, career development and retention

-           To coordinate, prepare with agent work permit, Visa, and follow up of renewal

 

 

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

 

For the first year:

-           300 new direct candidates registered in CV database application at end of first year of employment

-           Consolidate existing agreements with approved manpower suppliers during first year of employment

-           Secure new agreements with manpower suppliers mainly in Asia - Pacific, Eastern Europe and Western Europe regions

-           Timely and efficient staffing of all Company's internal and external Projects

-           No complaint from Clients nor candidates related to the quality of the Company Project Staffing services

-           Technical Assistance: 5 Western and 12 National staff (minimum 25% gross margin after PIT) successfully supplied to Clients for first year of employment

     Subject to revision after 1st year.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


 

·         5 to 10 years HR / Recruitment management in Oil & Gas

·         Computer skills and local tax and immigration law

·         Very Good knowledge of English

·         Accurate and systematic in work, prioritization of work

·         Reliable and punctual

·         Honest
